We go that extra mile to make sure your pot is packaged extra safe to arrive with you in one piece.
Due to the fragile nature of our items, a lot of packaging is required to make it to you safely. Because we care about the environment & our impact, we use biodegradable/ recyclable packaging when possible & make sure to only source materials that are friendlier on the planet.
If a package arrives with you without recyclable material, it is because we have already saved that packaging from our local shops who would have otherwise thrown it in the bin.
Our shipping motto is ‘package it twice, make it once’ and since implementing this awesome technique, have not had any issues with our courier deliveries.
Postage costs depend on the weight of the package. We send all UK orders by courier or Royal Mail. Overseas postage is slightly more expensive due to the new pricing structure by Royal Mail.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us for a replacement. (It might take us a few days to re-paint one for you.)
We ask before placing any plant pot orders to please double check the size is correct for your plant. We are a super small business and cannot pay for your return postage if you are not happy with the size. We would always expect the pot to arrive back to us in perfect condition to offer any refunds.
